Squares is built around real communities and conversations between real people. Users should be able to participate without being threatened, deceived, harassed or exploited.

Respect other people

Do not threaten, stalk, bully, harass, intimidate or encourage violence against another person.

Hateful or abusive conduct

Do not publish content that promotes hatred or serious abuse against people based on protected characteristics.

Sexual exploitation and intimate content

Do not share sexual content involving minors, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material or content intended to facilitate exploitation or abuse.

Identity and impersonation

Do not impersonate other people or organizations in a deceptive way.

Fraud and spam

Do not use Squares for scams, fraudulent schemes, coordinated spam, artificial engagement, phishing, malware or attempts to steal accounts or information.

Privacy

Do not publish private or confidential information about another person without authorization.

Anonymous features

Do not use anonymous posting features to evade moderation, threaten people, harass users or engage in illegal activity.

Intellectual property

Do not publish content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights or other intellectual property rights.

Dangerous misinformation

Do not intentionally spread false information where doing so creates a meaningful risk of physical or financial harm.

Events

Events must not be created for illegal, fraudulent, dangerous or deceptive purposes.

Reporting and blocking

If you see content or behavior that violates these Guidelines, use the reporting and blocking tools available in Squares.

Enforcement

Squares may remove content, limit features, restrict accounts or permanently suspend accounts depending on the seriousness and frequency of violations.
